TERMS: You acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms described here. You must arrive at Montego Bay, (MBJ) airport and stay 5 nights . How the payment is made. - Credit cards are billed discretely through ML Ticketing and Not the Event Name -
1st payment is $500 Deposit Due to reserve (non- premium)
2nd payment Feb 10, 2026
3rd payment May 10, 2026
4th/Final Payment August 10, 2026
$250 per person deposit (NON refundable) is all that is required at time of early booking to secure your room . Cancellation penalties: Rooms cancelled by May 1st, 2026 with additional $200 penalty per person lost, by June 24th, 2025 with additional $350 penalty per person, by July 9th, 2026 with additional $400 per person, 50% cancellation penalty after July 25, 2026, 100% cancellation penalty after August 9th, 2026. Transportation will be arrange by Perfect Vacations Club for round trip for rate of $55 per person. Guest is responsible for arranging travel insurance which we recommend.
Cancel for any reason plan allows you to cancel and book for any room for Hedonism II resorts within 1 year from November 2026 date. You must have the order paid in full in order to use the cancel for any reason plan and it is NON refundable, it is a credit to use at Hedonism II and iOS Connectsion/ Perfect Vacations Club will book your stay. Premium rooms are $750 deposit. Hedonism Cancel for any reason is MANDATORY, if you have your own travel insurance purchased you will have to turn in the paperwork to iosconnections.com within one week of reservation or it will be added to invoice. In order to utilize the cancel for any reason plan you must have the entire order PAID IN FULL, otherwise the cancellation policy is in effect.

How Your Payment Is Used
A Clear Breakdown for All IOS Connections/ Raw Getaways Vacations.
When you book a room or event package through IOS Connections/ Raw Getaways, your
payment covers two separate components:
1. Resort Portion (Contracted Room Rate)
This is the amount forwarded directly to the resort (Hedonism, Temptation, Belize, Secrets, etc.). It covers:
• Your room accommodations
• Resort taxes and fees
• Any contracted group rate items
This portion is sent to the resort on your behalf and appears as your resort credit.
2. IOS Connections Service & Administrative Fees
This portion covers the work we do outside of the resort rate, including:
• Event planning and contract negotiations
• Guest support and concierge services
• Billing, payment processing, and account management
• Week management, theme nights, hosts, online groups, and staffing
• Vendor coordination
• On-site assistance and issue resolution
• All backend administrative operations
These fees allow IOS Connections / DPW to operate independently from the resort
and provide the level of service our guests expect.
Why Your Resort Credit May Be Less Than Your Total Payment
Because your total payment includes both the resort’s contracted room rate and
iOS service/administrative fees, the full amount you pay does not transfer to the
resort as a one-to-one resort credit.
This is standard across the travel and events industry.
Why This Matters During Emergencies
If a trip is impacted by a hurricane, natural disaster, or other major event:
• The resort portion follows resort policies and protection plans (such as CFAR-cancel for any reason).
• The service & administrative portion supports operational costs linked to guest management, reassignments, and event changes.
This ensures your booking is supported even in unexpected situations.

Hurricane Policy for Hedonism II
Hurricane Policy for Hedonism II – Terms & Conditions
Hedonism II relies on the official weather data provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at www.noaa.gov. A hurricane event is deemed to exist when a storm has been officially declared a hurricane and Hedonism II, Negril appears within the “Cone of Influence” on NOAA’s 3-Day Tracking Map. Once these conditions are met, the following policies apply and supersede standard cancellation rules.
On-Property Guests
Guests currently staying at the resort who choose to depart early due to an active hurricane threat will receive a hotel credit valid for one (1) year from the scheduled date of departure, for the number of unused nights interrupted by the storm. If guests are required to extend their stay due to hurricane-related flight delays or cancellations, Hedonism II will apply a distressed-traveler nightly rate for each additional night, payable upon departure.
Arriving Guests
Guests who are unable to arrive as scheduled due to flight cancellations, airport closures, or resort closure will be offered the following options, subject to availability:
Guests may elect to arrive within thirty (30) days after the storm has passed for a stay of the same number of nights. In such cases, the new reservation will be booked at the prevailing published rates for the new travel dates and room category selected at the time of rebooking.
Alternatively, guests may choose to shorten their stay. In that event, Hedonism II will issue a hotel credit, valid for one (1) year from the original scheduled date of arrival, for the number of nights not used. Any future stay booked using this credit will be subject to the applicable rates in effect at the time of the new booking and to resort availability.
If the resort sustains damage and remains closed for an extended period of time, Hedonism II will authorize guests to change their dates of stay in accordance with the resort’s official and published reopening schedule. All rescheduled stays will be booked at the prevailing rates and available room categories in effect at the time the new reservation is confirmed.
These hurricane policies are set and enforced by Hedonism II and apply only during an officially recognized hurricane event as described above.
